However a few days ago our team together with Konsorcjantem - with international engineering Ove Arup company & Partners carried analysis out wielokryterialną of seven potential locations of the regional airport. We carried the evaluation out based on the analysis method multilateral, applied for planning the development of strategic elements of the transport infrastructure.
He is describing 30 assessment criteria adopted by our team public and natural aspects of investment, her cost, preparation time and of conducting the structure and the functionality of the airport. In analysis we exploited results of many-months ornithological observation and natural stocktaking led parallel in seven locations according to the method specially drawn up. In the sequence of four months we recruited and in detail we analysed available data of areas with reference to everyone taken into consideration. They were among analysed criteria: communications availability for the mass transport and individual, possibility of acquiring ground up to the structure, scope necessary deforesting and having an influence on the nature, air aspects concerning the safety of carrying air operations out, the influence of the noise and the need to displace, costs of infrastructure essential for functioning of the airport, not to say the preparatory analysis of geological conditions in every location. At applying different systems of scales for individual groups of criteria we showed the location variants optiumum under the natural-public, cost-temporary and functional reason. Material described in three volumes is very extensive and he allows for the withdrawal objective, leaning against analysis of facts, of decision.
At present a management Board of Provincial council offices and councillors are making themselves acquainted with results of these works. Public consultation and the presentation of results for inhabitants of the region are expected on days 27 and of 28 March (more).
Based on results of described analysis the wielokryterialnej will take place indicating the best locations what in the next stage of works preparing by our team in the consortium from Ove Arup will enable & Partners of the Report of the environmental impact assessment and conducting public consultation. Analytical works will close in August with 2009 of year.
